Overview
At Box of Passions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We offer free return shipping, charge no restocking fees, and have no final-sale items — every product we sell is fully eligible for return.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and free of damage caused after delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items received with it.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email) must be provided.
We do not designate any products as "final sale." All items sold by Box of Passions are eligible for return under the terms of this policy.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing our support team or calling 1-838-448-5511. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive your prepaid return label. We will email you a free prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step return instructions.
- Pack and ship your item. Repack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed in processing.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid shipping label for every approved return within the United States. You will not be charged any return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- The full purchase price will be refunded, including any original shipping charges. No restocking fees are deducted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process above to receive a full refund.
