Overview

At Box of Passions, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, how much it costs, and what to expect from order placement to delivery.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for select carrier-restricted items; in those cases, please provide a physical street address at checkout.

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand internationally soon.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak periods (holidays, sales, product launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options at checkout. The exact cost is calculated based on your delivery address, package weight, and the option you select.

Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional shipping offers may apply during sales or special events.


Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order depends on the shipping option selected, the destination, and the size of the package. The shipping confirmation email will identify the carrier handling your shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the email is sent.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at 1-838-448-5511.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) after the order has been processed and shipped. For example, a Standard order placed on Monday morning may be processed and shipped by Tuesday, and delivered between Friday and the following Tuesday.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs or regulatory inspections (where applicable)

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at 1-838-448-5511. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.


Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping cost.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally packages can be lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package: please wait 48 hours, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us if the package still cannot be located.
  • If your package arrives damaged: please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • If your package is lost in transit: contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

We will work with you to resolve any shipping issue at no additional cost to you.


Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, items in a single order may ship separately (for example, if items are shipping from different warehouses). You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
